Return and Refund Policy
At Stepprs, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how to return an item and request a refund.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not currently restrict any specific category from returns. All eligible items purchased from Stepprs may be returned in accordance with this policy.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@stepprs-store.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Keep your tracking number until the return is confirmed.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
