This Shipping Policy explains how and when your Stepprs order is processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Product Origin

Our products are shipped from our suppliers in China directly to your destination. This allows us to keep our catalog focused and our prices accessible.

Shipping Costs

We offer two shipping options at checkout: free shipping and paid shipping. The available options and applicable costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after processing, by region, are as follows:

  • United States: 9–12 business days
  • European Union: 9–12 business days
  • Oceania: 11–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and do not include the 1–3 business day processing period. Delivery times may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your region and the product, your order may be shipped and handled by one or more of the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, China Post, DHL, Cainiao, YunExpress, and 4PX.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you within 72 hours after your order ships. You can track your package using the carrier's website or through tracking aggregators such as 17Track, which support multiple carriers in one place.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
